Group 1:  Discovery - network helps you find people and information.

Group 2:  Protocols for engagement - guidelines or criteria.  Need guidelines or protocols for accessing network.  Hubs must be identified and branded and efforts to reach users must be used similarly across the country.

Group 3:  Nothing beyond removing offensive content within the realm of current legislation.  It could be self-regulating - ask for permissions for posting contact, info, etc.

Group 4:  All the players in the system have limited bandwidth.  Tools to help them, or rules of engagement will be needed.

Group 5:  Yes, we do need rules to govern the network, to maintain the integrity, mission and vision of the CDMN.

Group 6:  No rules, only guidelines and expectations.

Group 7:  Best practices, networking and events...IP and trade secret protection?
