As a veteran designer in the Software and Web 2.0 industries, Drew’s passion has been shaping world-class user experiences for leading brands and organizations across multiple channels and mediums. He has helped drive creative and user-centered eBusiness excellence on capital accounts and world-class systems, and is at his best leading teams to conceptualize both the nature of a problem and its solution. He has also helped companies evolve their thought leadership and internal processes too, helping ensure products are supported and improved upon. Drew’s goal is to create and facilitate truly memorable, immersive and enjoyable software experiences for end users, and to bring the philosophy of experience design into the enterprise software space.

Drew works with customers and stakeholders across the organization as the Design Lead for the Open Text ECM Suite, and Open Text Collaboration products domain. He also heads up the Design Partner Program helping customers to innovate with OT products in their specific environments.

Drew holds a BA in Psychology from Carleton University and an Honors Diploma in Business (Ops) from Seneca College. He is a member of the Usability Professionals Association (UPA), and a past speaker / workshop leader at industry events and organizations such as AIMS, TorCHI, and TUPA. He is the father of six, and Drum Corporal for the York Regional Police Pipes & Drums.
